Hampton Inn & Suites Wellington

I cannot rave enough about our experience at the Hampton Inn in Wellington, FL! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was nothing short of exceptional. Robert, the manager, and Keona went above and beyond to accommodate me, my staff, and clients, ensuring we had the necessary rooms throughout our entire stay. Even when we needed to extend our stay, they made the process seamless and stress-free, which was incredibly helpful given the circumstances. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job keeping everything spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed, making sure we were always comfortable. Hector, the maintenance manager, was also incredibly helpful, responding quickly to any requests we had. During a time when customer service could have faltered, especially with the storm happening, this team delivered an unmatched experience. We felt cared for every step of the way. We will definitely be coming back, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Wellington!

Great location! The staff was excellent, and everything was very clean. This hotel is clearly well-maintained. The room was average, but the patio and surrounding areas were impeccable. Kudos to the gentleman in the breakfast area – you can tell he truly enjoys his work and is passionate about customer service. The only downside was the room rates, which were quite high

It was a good place to stay. We had an issue that was out of the hands of the hotel staff and they still managed to help with the situation, they were super kind and attentive, compassionate and worked with us to try to resolve the issue. We really appreciate the manager, front desk and housekeeping for trying to help. Thank you!

The morning clerk, I think she was a manager but she was very accommodating. It's hard to find hotels that will let you check in at 10am. Working nights it's a big thing for me!

The sleeper sofa is the best quality I’ve ever had. Exceptionally run and managed. Everyone on their game. Smiles and friendly employees. Great breakfast too.

I travel down here for work all the time and spend a lot of time each year at this place. The rooms are always satisfactory along with a nice clean smelling hotel. The hotel workers are always so nice! They even ask us if we are working day shift or night shift to ensure our rooms are clean no matter what shift we are on! They take accommodating their guests serious! I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years and I can tell you that this is one of the best Hampton inns I’ve stayed at. I will continue coming back, knowing every time I go will be just like the last, exceptional and like I never left as they know me when I come in! Very nice hotel room and very nice shower. Super hot water!

The front desk staff were super friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. Housekeeping did an amazing job, everything was spotless from top to bottom. We always saw someone tidying up in the lobby, breakfast area, pool, and even the restrooms, which was impressive. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but honestly, that’s pretty typical with hotels. It wouldn’t stop me from staying here again, it’s a solid and well-kept place!
